Isn’t it better this way?
No reason to debate if the character is meta, good when boosted or trash.
No reason to assume what the powers do or ask the devs what the powers do.
And of course it is less work for devs, 1-2 less updates per new release.

Nope. Was announced yesterday (March 31). Howard is definitely the next 5*.

Well it was either an April Fools or an April Fools character. Turned out to be the latter.
