Umm…I interpreted differently…says “Marvel Universe” not just MPQ. I was thinking they are trying to set up a similarly successful DP event. I genuinely think they are looking which new character to add. But as usual, it would have helped if they had been…well…more clear.

A telepathic empath with shapeshifting abilities and a command over the forces of nature and the elements.
She’s capable of self-sustained flight and can draw additional energy from the earth to empower herself physically.
She also has limited immunity to and protection against magic and reality-warping.
Her shapeshifting is not a purely physical manifestation like Morph’s or Mystique’s; it extends to inheriting also the gamut of powers of any superpowered being she transforms into. This includes those beings powered and/or shaped by an outside source such as the Power Cosmic, as was the case with the Silver Surfer. OP indeed…
This one is more immediately useful. They can make use of it within days.

Getting half Gambit’s votes are Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Carnage, Ghost Rider, Rogue, Jean Grey/Phoenix, Silver Surfer, and Dr. Strange I posted everyone beating Howard the Duck/
So, yeah, I already voted on new characters from MU at their Facebook page.
My favourite Versus enemies, 3s and 4s alike, include IW, Daredevil, Captain America, GSBW, IM 40, Beast. Soooo slooooow. So useless on defense.
These are not threatening enough, just have a trick or two: Loki can be tricky (literally); Doom likes to jump me with his demons, somehow AI Doom can literally drown the board in black; Ragnarok (cascade-prone, but mostly harmless by himself); Hulk; Spider-Man is EXTREMELY annoying, especially when fed by Hood; Falcon is soft as butter but he can make the life of the attacker hard as well.
I loved farming the fury nodes in simulator for TUs. His powers are useful, but they cost so much that taking him out before he can cast any isn’t too bad
Wait… Fury was with AP-generating goons. You sure it was easy? (Without old Magneto, of course.)
If that blue goes off, it will down a character. Purple is nasty and the 3* player rarely has a purple user.
The Force Bubbles / Force field crush generate AP. She can generate 27 AP with Bubble Crush. At her current costs, she is already dead by the time she can pull it off. With lower point costs, she could be a top utility character.
EDIT: Had to go and look at her powers – she can crush 3 bubbles. For a possible 24 AP. I had to go into Prologue to try it out. It’s hard to collect 13 blue and 9 green. Also, the bubbles exploded are random. Not quite as useful as Hood’s Twin Pistols.
His purple only did an initial 3k or so, so you could easily take a few of them, especially with buff daken able to step in front. it was his blue that you needed to watch out for.
We’ve had the hood featured extensively, and doom occasionally, but I can’t recall loki ever being mentioned in the cabal pves?
