In the last several events, I am normally one of the top scorer in my coalition but my ranking in indivudual is normally in the 200s compared to others that have lower scores in the events but they say they are in ranks 50 and above?
Is it different ladder/group/tier?
And how is that fair?

They would likely be in a different tier, yes. The pods are different depending on what tier youre in. Say youre in bronze tier, you get 50 points and come 100th. Someone in silver, gold or platinum could get 40 points and get 10th. (Just an example I know 40 points won’t get top 10)
Yes they have group size limits. They also close groups off at start of event time, and start new ones for people who join after.
