New Planeswalkers
Karn Liberated
When trying to close the time rift over what once was Tolaria, Karn was flung back to a time before the college was obliterated by Barrin. The Golem gave up his spark to close the rift, but was not able to go back to the present. The loss of his Spark made Karn susceptible to Phyresis, so he fled to the center of Mirrodin.
Venser and a group of planeswalkers and Mirrans found Karn succumbing to the glistening oil dripping from within his hearthstone. Venser knew that his time was short, and gave his life and spark to save Karn.
Awakening from his Phyrexian nightmare Karn set out on a mission to destroy Phyrexia, for his friend who gave him his life back.
Karn Liberated is a Colorless Planeswalker that will be available for purchase and selection in Time Spiral.

Muldrotha, the Gravetide
It was not birthed into existence like other animals are, it didn’t come from a seed, or from a fruiting body. The biology of life did not apply to it. It smelled like flowers, leaves, bark, like earth, but also rot, decadence, like death and decay.
Muldrotha came into being as a Maro, an Avatar of Urborg and the fragment of Yavimaya within it. She didn’t know her father, but knew who he was, Multani, the Maro-Sorcerer of Yavimaya. Muldrotha knew intrinsically that Urborg was her home, and she knew to defend it fiercely. She spared no energy when helping the Weatherlight fight off Yargle during the assault on the Cabal.
Muldrotha helped Dominaria stand against the Second Phyrexian Invasion, finally breaking the silence and asking her father for help defending Urbor. Her powers encompass:
- A high life pool that decomposes as cards leave the graveyard.
- Discard, draw, and generating mana from cards leaving the graveyard.
- Manifesting Muldrotha herself into the battlefield to trample the enemy and return even more cards for recursion.

Ms. Bumbleflower
Ms. Bumbleflower is the owner of the most popular inn in Three Tree City. She inherited it from her mom, a world-famous pirate who started the inn as a safe space for animalfolk to rest. Gracious and generous at all times, Ms. Bumbleflower is still visited by adventurers with all sorts of stories to tell about her mother.
Her signature pot is a “never-ending stew” sitting in a massive cauldron on the hearth of the inn, where guests are free to take and add to it as they please. Not even the most foolish of visitors would dare to offend her, not only because she is so kind-hearted but also because of the fear of offending everyone in town.
Fly farther and stronger with an ally that:
- Gives opponent card draw to maximize its own abilities.
- Buffs your creatures or provokes the opposition.
- Draws cards, and draws even more with full mana if the opponent has a full hand.
