If my creature is stolen by Exert Influence and I Spout it, the creature goes on top of computers library. Additionally: I can’t use the spell on tokens.
I’ve just had a similar problem with Harbinger of the Tides: My opponent stole my Disciple of the Ring, so I bounced it with Harbinger, and it returned to his hand rather than mine.
