I wouldn’t sell anyone unless roster space is a dire issue.
I’d stop putting ISO into your 5-stars, they’re not doing you any favors and are just increasing the enemy scaling in PvE and giving you tougher opponents in PvP.
Start champing your 4-stars as you get them fully covered.
If make 4* Cyclops a Bonus Hero, as he is well worth champing. Hulkbuster after that, despite the colour overlap as they are both close to being ready.
It’s worth champing your 3* Thanos - his black will do 3.5-4k damage I think, is that more than your current 5* version? 3* + OML makes quick work of easy nodes
Make Grey Suit Black Widow 5/3/5, put 5 in Blue for Scarlet Witch. Team them with your 5 blue Prof X for much match 5 creating fun. Look up Winfinite / Charlie’s Angels for more details.
