When the warden attacks and none of your creatures have a shield it will ask which buffed creature to give -1/-1 to, but then the last part about the citizen and draw doesn’t happen. The citizen and draw only happen if you remove a shield.

@Oktagon_Support This is listed under As Designed in the bug list thread. What is the purpose of giving your own creatures -1/-1 if it is not going to give you the token/draw part? It seems like it should be [lose a shield, or get a -1/-1] and then get a token and draw.
