How do shields work in regards to retaliations? If I’m shielded and I get attacked at times I gain a few points as evidenced by a +#. Other times, +0 appears but there is a number in parenthesis next to the attackers name. What is the number in the parenthesis? And are retaliations the only time you actually score when you are shielded?
The number in parentheis is the points you would have lost if you weren’t shielded. So basically +0 means no change in score (26) means you would have lost 26 points were it not for the shield.
The times you get +x is for defensive wins. Doesn’t need to be a retal, just a win.
