He was featured in PvE back then too I believe. It’s not uncommon for the same characters to be boosted in a few different PvEs in short order.
Plus, it’s not like we know the next PvP is going to be Blind Justice. Not sure what else it would be… but still, nothing’s guaranteed.
When the 4* PVP is next, that 4* is offered as the top 1 reward and the 3* rewarded from 2-100 has their PVP skipped (like what happened with Prof X/Cyclops last season). I’m guessing Daredevil event will have Kingpin as top prize, and Kamala as the 3*. Then the Kingpin event will follow.
if you cant stun him, whittle him down with plain old match damage (which shouldnt anger him) until you can nuke him down in one turn by firing multiple abilities. he really isnt a big damage dealing character absent anger cascades. he is just annoying and time consuming as kitty to bring down. of course in this event you have your own hulk
Except in 3* land the only reliable stunner worth having is Steve Rogers. And if you have him on your team, you are target.
So, basically, you hit Hulk big, multiple times in one round or you are toast.
EDIT: Just wanted to add you should ask your Alliance for Widow stun TUs. That way you can bring the team you want and still have that when you are ready to take him down.
