Sporeweb Weaver activated when planewalker is dealt damage directly [Fix in 4.7]

Problem: Sporeweb Weaver activated when planewalker is dealt damage directly

Just remember this bug so no screen capture and game log.

But it happen every time so it should be easy to reproduce.
