Standard format but no extra deck slots?

So now that half of the events are standard and the other half aren’t, we are basically forced to have two decks per PW. Yet we weren’t given extra deck slots. I get it that you want us to pay crystals for those but something that used to be a nice to have has become a must have.

When we had no deck slots, you could use the same deck for everything. Now you are forced to have a standard deck for pvp and a non-standard deck for pve (unless you want to gimp yourself)

Yes. Standard format we should get a standard format deck. Maybe a standard format filter too!

So far, I’ve found it’s just easiest to keep my saved decks as-is, and then enter in a deck for the PvP event as it comes up since they won’t always have the same secondary objectives.

Also, I think the PvP events already restrict the cards when you go to make the deck to cards that are legal for the event, making it impossible to make an illegal deck if you put it together in the planeswalker selection screen.

Im not very good at quickly sifting through my cards and creating decks. It is usually a long and difficult process for me. I feel that a standard deck slot would help me a lot.

Also, I think the PvP events already restrict the cards when you go to make the deck to cards that are legal for the event, making it impossible to make an illegal deck if you put it together in the planeswalker selection screen.

It does remove any “illegal” cards when one selects the saved deck for the event. But it still shows all options in the card list. It’s not too difficult to filter by set… but it’s an extra step and an irritating reminder that we can’t use our favorite cards

Understandable, and I agree that it would I used to save screen shots of decks I used in events that were really effective and recreate them when the event rolled back around again. Maybe that will work as a temporary measure till you can buy another deck slot with crystals/runes

Unfortunately that would mean entering the same deck 4 times a day for TOTP. TOTP decks really need to be saved.

I can see that… I choose not to play that event because of the obscene power level that exists there. Feels like a waste of crystals to me. But… I would also think that many players at that level probably had runes to spare to buy a deck slot that way.
