When I get a duplicate support, it shows a number of shards:
However I only get the normal amount of shards:
I checked on a few tokens and I always get the normal (10, 30, 50) shards, never the +40 for the duplicate.
Am I misunderstanding this process, is this normal behaviour and I should only get the normal amount of shards?
Similarly, I haven’t seen any ‘bonus’ shards despite opening a few dozen support tokens.
Turns out I just misunderstood the process: the extra shards for a duplicate support go to that support and not your favourite.
Additionally (if I have seen it correctly): the shards you receive for a duplicate support that you already have at rank 5 WILL go to your favourited support, but only half (so in your posted example if you were to have Sharon Carter at rank 5 already, you would have earned an additional 20 shards for your Royal Talon Fighter).
