You used the sticky email, not the button in the game right?
I did use the stickied email. It has now been almost 10 days and no update.
I agree, I have submitted several tickets and they have not been very responsive. I was directed to submit additional tickets from their phone support.
Apparently their phone support isn’t real support, they just direct you to submit an email ticket. Not very helpful.
I am missing a character (Classic Spiderman) and I really wish someone would update me on the status and fix the issue.

Took 3 1/2 weeks for me to receive a response. Response time is downright pathetic at this point.
