TDW - Color Restrictions?

Event description says “Each node allows only a specific combination of colors related to that dragon…”

But it would appear I can play cards with colors outside of the color identity of the node (my Nahiri on the Vaevictus node is definitely running white spells (good Isolate, gooood)). Are the nodes supposed to be restricted? If they aren’t, I vote they should be. Would be a more interesting/challenging event.

They are restricted to the Planeswalkers colors as always. It’s always been as long as your walker is one of the allowed colors they are useable and no restrictions to their available cards (except with Karn). I’ve used Vraska on the NoP event in the node with “cast x wolves or werewolves” objective and she ran Contempt, Murder, and a few other black cards.

Do fix what isn’t broken.
