Urza is amazing. I know it’s Masterpiece and, as such, difficult to obtain. However, if you have a chance to get it, try!
Converting the whole board to green is outdated - now blue is the color! 
The support at the bottom, with 69 shield, is Urza’s. It basically is “convert 69 gems to blue every round”. This comes from an easy trick Urza + Thassa Dwelling, however Killer Instinct would also do fine (Thassa is better, though, and easier to get). I guess this trick is easy and well-known.
