WAR Vanguards in the Vault - Missing Rares (120 Pinks) [FIXED]

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but it seems WAR Vanguards have rotated into the Vault without the option to purchase 120 Pink/Rare Packs.

Was there a change I missed?

This appears to be fixed now. Rares are available once again.
