Does that really matter when I doesn’t jive with the Heroic lists? And when the game is bugged and some are forced to play unboosted Heroics?
Come on, we’ve been nagging for boost lists for months. They finally started posting the boost list a few weeks ago and you take it as an opportunity to criticise something that is not Jeto’s fault. I get where you’re coming from in wanting to make your grievances known and it’s a legitimate complaint but there are better threads to do that.
When the boost lists are no longer applicable to events, grievances can be aired where the heck we please until they actually respond to them. They just ignored us today besides a comment about PVE disco disco crash.
Game is unplayable currently in PVP.
OK, sure I’ll give up trying to suggest how other people should communicate.
Next time you go out to eat and something is wrong with your starter make sure you wait for the wait staff to bring your complimentary tap water, don’t thank them and make your opinion of the starter known. I’m sure the main course will arrive in perfect condition.
I thought we had already agreed that disco disco is an embarrassing term and something much better is needed! Even @ThisisClemFandango granddaughter could do better!

Not sure where you think you get off with the unnecessary tone. They’re still applicable, just not in the way you want. I’m sure demanding a response will definitely encourage them to interact and respond more.
Plus, it’s not like Jeto is in charge of the boost list. He’s finding the information out and letting the community know ahead of time. Which is what so many people asked for. Now it’s suddenly not good enough? It’s no wonder the previous devs went all but radio silent. You people are miserable and nothing is ever good enough.
Also to add that PvP worked perfectly fine for me, so I dunno where the factual basis of the game being unplayable comes from. Possibly it is for some players but as usual we have people speaking as if they represent the entire player base rather than a likely small percentage.
To continue to get off topic, PVP is working fine in short spurts, maybe, and more likely if you’re not going to chase placement or play very much, so probably 80-90% of players who play PVP will not notice much.
But the nodes are all randomly going Heroic or normal. I started yesterday and they were all Normal. I login later and they’re all heroic. Later they go back to normal. Later they went Heroic. I logged in just now and one is Normal and two are Heroic. I never saw a button to select Normal or Heroic.
I started out normal and maybe if your main PVP play is to log in, do seeds, maybe a few others an be done, you probably notice nothing and just see normal nodes and who cares if you see a bunch of all X-men teams? easy pickings!
But if you’re trying to get high placement and scores it’s all messed up as far as queueing and planning your teams. So in a sense yeah PVP is “working fine” because you can play it and nothing crashes because of the current problems, but I don’t think the devs’ plan is to destroy high end PVP play so that people can play some Heroic teams and get a 3 star cover every so often and say “yay that was fun” after 7-12 matches. (if that is the plan they should rethink things)
Right but we can’t judge what PvP will be on bugged events that wasn’t meant to be.We need to hear a clear explanation of what the plan is with Heroics so we have a yardstick to measure against when we get an event delivered as intended. Now if they don’t give us that communication then I assure you I will be right next to you in the complaint line. Jumping on this though is just counter productive in my opinion. They screwed up but what matters is the actual final product we will be getting moving forward.
You haven’t read the issues with the PVP, did you? Yes, we reserve judgment about Heroic as A CONCEPT for when it’s working.
But that does not nullify a completely broken event with heroic flickering on and off without choice, with nodes vanishing, with Qd nodes vanishing and reappearing, with nodes getting deleted, with invisibility of opponents, with restricted MMR showing only 2 possible Qs, etc.. None of which are anywhere NEAR what you could or should expect from a potential correct Heroic event and are all bugs.
Can you not make the difference between defending an expected-perfect-situation-future-Heroic-concept and asking for an explanation for what is now live in the game and is affecting hundreds of players?

How strange to read all of the above, as PVP is running 100% normally for me. I haven’t seen any sight of a heroic button, any lost nodes, or any restriction to my roster. I have logged in several times to complete matches, completed about 40 so far, and not one thing out of the ordinary. I haven’t shielded yet, as generally only shield once for final 3 or 8 hours, so maybe that triggers the issues when you break shield? Amazing how we can have such different experiences from the same game.
I play on an ipad and I was suffering numerous crashes every day about a week ago, but that has dropped to only about once a day for the last 3 or 4 days. Still enough for me to exercise caution and build in a bit of extra time for final clears each day.
