Think Loosie meant the essential 5* for 5e nodes. They’re definitely not going to make Mags required…right?

Yes I see that, but Mag5 won’t be the 5E. We’ll get Mag5 shards but given the 3 LL/2 Classic pattern one of the current 3 LLs will be the 5E given we just had events with JJ and Okoye before hand. Webbed Wonder is given Deadpool in Placement rewards meaning he’ll be the featured 5 in the event after the boss event.

So that leaves either Heimdall or OMD to be the 5E character.

Yes, and there was such uproar about it that they never did that again. Ever since the pattern was to reward shards but have someone else be the essential 5. Sometimes it’s been a classic 5 sometimes it’s been a latest 5.

That’s my guess too. I’m one cover away from completing all 3 latest so if Daken shards are being given out once more I’m hoarding, otherwise I’ll pull to finish him.

They hadn’t done it again…yet. We also just had 2 4*s in a row which we haven’t had in a while and they may not have adjusted for it. Obviously we can’t know for sure unless they tell us (so kudos for asking), and I appreciate that you and I are looking at the same glass, just that yours is half full and mine is half empty :slight_smile:

Daken looks to be featured in the vs Ultron alliance event, which to date has not given out shards. So I may need to keep pulling for that final cover i’m after since it seems unlikely I’ll get the last 250 shards I need to finish him up.

Kitty is going to be in 5* Magneto’s store, so you will get a chance next week, albeit RNG based.

Turns out it won’t matter for me :wink: Bought a 10-pack this morning and he was the first cover. First time I’ve got a 5* release this way!

So if it turns he’s essential I’m good, if not I’ll pull then to complete Daken.

I am hoping that is just a typo on Avengers v Ultron being a trip to the past because I do not need to re-live any more of 2020 than necessary!

According to my notes, after Jess/Okoye it should be (in order) Heimdall, Deadpool, Daken.

So looks like we’re skipping Heim shards for Magneto shards for the placement reward in CC.

Then WW will give 250 Magneto shards as progression instead of Heimdall. Deadpool will be the placement reward like he otherwise would be in that slot.

Next event we would normally get 250 Deadpool shards for progression and Daken for placement but alliance rewards don’t give out 5* rewards.
So those rewards should be pushed to the next event. If anyone has something different let me know.
