Sandman heals 0.5 HP per second, so nothing to update there. Added Doc Ock to the list of characters still needing data.
Star-lord and Doc Ock confirmed 0.6 hp/sec. Made room for the latest Spider-Man.

Added 3* Angel, 4* Black Panther, Jubilee, Spider-Man, Wiccan, Black Widow, America Chavez, Shuri, Valkyrie, and 5* LumberCap and Jessica Jones.
Of interest here, Black Panther, BW, and America have fast healing rates, and Spider-Man has the 3* fast healing rate despite being a 4*.
