Heroic Token Odds

So I was looking at the recruit token thread and got me to look at the Heroic token odds to compare. The issue? Well it doesn’t add up. I’m assuming it’s a rounding issue but…

4star = 9 * 0.3% = 2.7%
3star = 40 * 0.6% = 24%
2star = 13 * 5.7% = 74.1%
Total = 100.8%

So where is this 0.8%? Coming from? Seems small right? But if it comes from the 4stars that’s like 30% decrease in pull rate.

The math gets worse on 10 or 40 packs..

It’s mostly the 3*.

the odds of a 3-star increase by about 66% (they used to make up about 14% of the pack, and now make up about 23% of the pack).
