Locked out of the game claiming rewards

So yesterday during the ddq I claimed rewards after one of the matches.
It showed the usual waiting overlay…But it never went away.
After restarting the app it starts normally… but if you have pending rewards you have to claim them first. Well I hit claim again and guess what, same problem.

Tried a few times restarting, but the issue persists. It’s now a day later and I still can’t get in. So now I’m locked out of the game.

Anyone had this issue? and/or a fix?

(I did open a support ticket but have yet to receive a response)

iOS /ipad, if that matters.

You’re not alone, but the last time I am aware of someone sharing this bug was in June:

Similar post the day before, on 6/18/25. I don’t know what fixed it, sorry. The fact that there was no follow up to either makes me hopeful this is something CS can fix.

Well I got to admit, the best part of being locked out of the game for almost like 10 days now is… not having to deal with 7429 crashes per day. Also had to recharge my ipad only once or twice… :sweat_smile:
