I was playing the new event earlier and then my game started bugging out. I closed the game to reset it and now I’m unable to get back in. It tells me can’t connect. Anyone else having this issue?

@Heavyhorn @Magic_PQ_Support_Team has found the issue and rather unhelpfully updated the in-game FAQ which is where the players who are currently locked out most definitely won’t be able to see it.

I do not understand their logic.

Our team is aware of the issue with the Temporal Collapse event, in which some players lose access to the game after trying to play the event’s second node.

We apologize for the inconvenience and would like to let you know we are actively working at restoring their access as soon as possible. For the mean time, the event has been cancelled so no new players end up with the same issue.

Thank you sooooooo much. I was l9oking all over for a response and didn’t see one. I put in a ticket, but wasn’t sure if it was to the correct place. Again, much appreciated

@Tolkne thats exactly what was reported by people before they lost access. Yikes!

@Sarah No, I checked, everything is fine. It’s most likely my fault.

@Tolkne a lot of my teammates also have the same issue and the common denominator seems to have been playing Temporal Collapse yesterday before the event got pulled.

At any rate, I do hope it gets fixed soon!
