Not receiving rewards

a month ago, I lost multiple days of roster progress when my Facebook sync decided to roll me back. I submitted ticket #365430 and ended up giving up after 18 days of support seemingly not understanding the issue.

It it just happened again. I saw the screen briefly for rewards on logging in this morning, received a message to log in again, and when I did that, I did not receive any of the following:

DP vs MPQ sub 2 rewards
DP vs MPQ event rewards
Identity Theft alliance rewards
Reality Season personal rewards
Reality Season alliance rewards

I am beyond frustrated at this point. It’s hard enough progressing my roster, but without any rewards and random rollbacks it is nearly impossible.

I attempted twice to submit a ticket for this and it will not submit.

At this point I’m just hoping @Brigby or @LakeStone can help, this is just insane.

This sucks when this happens with no support. Try and follow the right procedures and it doesn’t work. Hopefully @LakeStone can help.
