Prodigal Sun Missing HP

So I finished the Prodigal Sun event in 10th and have been awarded the 3 Beast Covers Iso and ComPo, but not the 100 HP.

Has anyone else experienced the same or am I alone? Do these rewards ever stagger and the HP is still on route, I’ve always received them all together.

How long should I wait to submit a ticket if it is just me?

I would give it usually 12 hours before submitting a ticket.. Make sure to take a screenshot of placement (it will still be up on the Story tab, all the way to the right).

Thanks for the heads-up Malcrof, I took a screen-shot right off the bat.

Was 10pm (GMT) last night when my sub ended so might submit ticket now.
