Still no update? I submitted a ticket as requested and received a response last Tuesday (12/23) saying that it may take 24 - 72 hours to receive a reply but I haven’t heard anything since. Has anyone heard anything back yet?
I figured I would give this my weekly bump since it has now been 2 weeks since my customer service email stating that I would hear back in 24 - 72 hours. Should I resubmit my ticket?
