Prodigal Sun: Outage/Missing Points Update

How will I know ?
i dont play with a pen & paper or calculator.. I dont keep track of points like that, didnt think I needed to
dont say I get to miss out just because I relied on the game to do what its supposed to

Any updates? I was 6th in my bracket. Dropped out of top 5 cus of the TWO bugs. icon_redface.gif

Still no update? I submitted a ticket as requested and received a response last Tuesday (12/23) saying that it may take 24 - 72 hours to receive a reply but I haven’t heard anything since. Has anyone heard anything back yet?

I figured I would give this my weekly bump since it has now been 2 weeks since my customer service email stating that I would hear back in 24 - 72 hours. Should I resubmit my ticket?

All ive received is an email contradicting the instructions in this thread

dont play with a calculator dont notice the score. I just hit next and start the next node
