Regarding D3 Go! Customer Service

I thought I’d take a moment to point out that D3 Go! customer service can do a good job despite some of the complaints you see on the forum.

Two events ago, the last Nodes of Power, I did not receive my individual placement awards. I contacted customer service about the issue giving them the information they asked for. Yes, they had automated replies that essentially asks for the same information multiple times. I was as thorough as possible and tried to strike a neutral tone in all my communication with support. Yesterday I was credited with the awards I should have gotten in that event. I would like to thank D3 Go! customer support for looking into my issue and resolving it.

My experiences with customer support have been mostly excellent. The response time and resolutions have been great. I wish my last issue had been handled as quickly and fairly.

But you are right, they do work with you if you work with them.
