SWW buying Vanguard packs and I can't fill out help tickets either. [Fixed]

I’ve been trying to buy a vanguard 120 pack for a while now and always get a SWW error. I have tried this on three seperate devices:
Pixel 3 / Android 10
Nox / Android 4.4
Nox / Android 7
I haven’t tried to buy any standard packs (as I have no use for them) but I am able to open ones that I receive through gameplay and daily logins. I am able to make cash purchases and am able to buy items from Fblthp as well. I do not have VIP.

In the process of trying to fill out a ticket, game crashed. Now there is no “text” graphic icon in the top right of the “Help and Support” screen where it should be next to the search magnifying glass icon. I can’t fill out any help tickets. This is the same across all three devices now as well.

I like this form because you provide all the relevant info they usually come back and ask for in emails.
