Ok - once again (like almost everyday) got unmovable tiles bug - this rime in this nod with expiring countdowns…
As for me it was once roo many times…
So from today - i am going to post here (almost) the same post EVERY TIME i meet this bug - no matter how many times per day it will happen. Also i am going to send this message to support
Did i mention that i am still waiting for PROPER compensation for “Victory banner” bug, because of which i could not play for 2 weeks?
Ok, firstly a little reminder:
was not able to normal play (force restart game after every fight) between 4.07 and 18.07 12:30 Warsaw time
Because of this i lost:
all rewards from that “Welcome to S.H.I.E.L.D”. quest
all Deadpool Daily rewards (all 3* from this time and 45 hero points for each day)
all rewards (until 70 hero points reward) from “Lost in Time” and “Cosmic chaos” stories
all rewards (especially costumes) from that Season pass - was able to reach only 26 lvl, and usually got no problem with finishing all tasks except that with 15 wins using proper cover…
What i received as a compensation? Was it 15 ticket with Hawkeye 3* as one of them?
If game devs can`t fix their product - i will force them to ban me for spam, but they will receive information about EVERY BUG
Can you describe what happened when it got to that state? Did you fire a power, make a match, did an CD expire doing damage etc?
For the first time ever I recently had the unmoveable tile freeze happen to me in a battle. It came during an unusual interaction of passives, CD’s and the character with the CD dying during the interaction so that I think it hung up the process of resolving the long interaction.
I must admit i am not so 100% sure - but i was using the same team from yesterday (Medusa, Polaris and - to complete 15 win mission - Black Panther Civil war) and it happened only once…

It is caused by a timing issue (bug) in the code.
I’ve reproduced it dozens of times, and every time it is not quite my turn.
It only happens when a character with a “passive” ability triggers.
So a Medusa, Polaris team is more likely to happen
While (or slightly before) a passive banner “Resolute Queen”, “Particle Accelerator” “Electromagnet Resonance”, “Flames of the Faltine” etc.
is being displayed on the screen, click on a tile.
If neither team has passive abilities or equipped supports supports, I have never seen it happen.
You are forced to quit, and take damage.
I call it a critical bug
The only advice I have is: “Don’t touch the screen while animations are still happening”
Obviously this slows down game play.
Dr. Strange’s yellow “Flames of Faltine” is passive. So a banner pops up when it fires.
It pops up when it is the enemies turn (because they fired an ability)
Best I can tell, the game thinks “The players passive banner just fired, they just touched the screen, so it must be the enemies turn.”
Enemy: “Um it is not my turn I just went, and you killed Thor because of it, I’m not moving.”

It is caused by your teams passive abilities (either a character or a support)
I’ve recreated the issue 100+ times.
Never with a team that had no passive abilities/supports.
so it should be everytime Strange is using his passive - right? I`m using this team 4 times in Deadpool daily (in fact - every time i can use 3 * … - twice got forced 3 stars instead of Omega Red) and has 10 days without this bug…

Nope not every time, it is a weird timing issue.
If it was easy to reproduce, then they would have fixed it.
Probably something more like: If a tile is attempted to be moved by a user, while a passive triggered by an enemy, during the first 5 video frames of the “sliding banner”
All of the above must occur at the same time. (That is just a guess)
I’m getting pretty tired of wasting boosts, health packs, etc. as a result of bugs. I could still move tiles in the pics shown here, but my matches weren’t counting. There are 5 green tiles in a row here, and my 1as5 Jugg went down for no perceivable reason because all I was doing was firing his green.
