Update 2: Updated the list of character affiliations that will be added in Thursday’s daily patch.

Update: This update will be pushed back to next week, because the developers are planning on updating this list, based on player feedback. Thanks for your help!

Hi Everyone,

We’ve updated some more characters to include additional Team Affiliations. This will be added into the game this Friday next week.

What lore is “champions” supposed to link to?

i.e. whats the reason behind KK, Miles, Nova?

I suppose there’s no hope of getting Black Widow, Iceman and Ghost Rider affiliated…

:edit: Heck, if we’ve got mixed “old” and “current but not New” Defenders in there, I demand that the abovementioned also be affiliated to Champions.

Why is TA Hulk Defenders instead of Champions? He was Champions from issue 1. And Cag3 but not C4ge for Defenders. Well, this can be updated later I suppose. It certainly needs some corrections in fact.

@zodiac339, it’s not TA Hulk in Defenders, it’s Indestructible. And personally I think that if Hulk is there, Hawkeye should be too.

Both versions of Iron Fist, but only one of Luke Cage are in Defenders? Weird.

It was corrected while I was reading and writing the post. Must have been just after I opened the article. Hawkeye was in OG Defenders?

Lists seem very incomplete/not right or is it just me? For instance : both Dr. Strange in the defenders but only 1 of 3 Bruce Banner Hulks and 1 Luke Cage?

Nothing, unless something else references them. There are some boosts that apply to everyone of a certain affiliation, for example.

They affect certain abilities like Grocket’s strike tiles.
